Our team consists of about forty employees. Construction Manager Your profile: You have at least 2 years of experience in construction. You are able to assume alone the technical and financial responsibility of a structure. You are comfortable with a demanding clientele and current regulations. We are looking for: Coordination with clients and the municipality for choices and plan modifications. Preparation and adjudication of offers. Site supervision. Management of costs and budgets. Quantity surveying of new projects. This list is non-exhaustive, other missions related to the profession of construction manager may be requested.
