Die Alp Stätz is located in the middle of the Lenzerheide-Valbella ski area. The 600 seats are distributed across a sun-drenched terrace, a cozy restaurant with an open fireplace and lounge. The menu features traditional dishes, as well as Mac’n’Cheese or juicy spare ribs from the grill. To wind down the ski day, people meet in the bar for après-ski – with live music or a DJ.

Allrounder 100% (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS
– Setting up and preparing the terrace for the daily service business
– Preparing drinks according to recipes and standards
– Professional execution of cleaning work in the kitchen and in the office
– Ensuring and monitoring our operational standards

YOUR PROFILE
– You enjoy gastronomy
– You have a winning personality for the team
– You are quality-conscious and participate in the continuous improvement process
– You tackle assigned tasks and work independently
– You bring basic training or experience in service, or you would like to venture something new because service and the winter season appeal to you
