Then apply today as: Maintenance Mechanic / Maintenance Technician # (m/f/d) # Employment type: Permanent Work location: Raron Department: Maintenance Workload: 100% THESE ARE YOUR TASKS: ## Maintenance of production facilities • Performing preventive maintenance on production facilities • Performing repairs and troubleshooting • Analysis of malfunctions and identification of root causes • Performing mechanical overhaul work • Supporting plant optimizations • Ensuring high plant availability CNC machines • Measurement and geometric control of CNC systems • Aligning and correcting machine axes • Changing and overhauling working spindles and milling spindles • Supporting machine acceptance and commissioning • Controlling and ensuring machine precision Special systems • Maintenance and repair of laser marking systems • Supporting maintenance and repair work on Dürr systems • Supervising technical special systems within production Facility maintenance • Maintenance and inspection of compressor systems • Maintenance of ventilation and extraction systems • Supporting sprinkler maintenance • General technical maintenance work on the infrastructure Projects and machine moves • Supporting machine shifts • Mechanical disassembly and assembly of production facilities • Participation in new installations • Supporting the commissioning of new systems Administrative activities • Documentation of maintenance and repairs • Creation of technical reports • Supporting spare part and material orders • Cooperation with external service providers and suppliers YOU WILL REPORT TO: ## Maintenance & Facility Supervisor WHAT YOU BRING: ## Education • Completed technical vocational training, for example as: • Polymechaniker EFZ • Produktionsmechaniker EFZ • Industriemechaniker • Landmaschinenmechaniker • Werkzeugmacher • or comparable basic mechanical training Professional experience • Several years of experience in industrial maintenance • Experience with production facilities and automated systems • Experience in the field of CNC machines is an advantage • Experience in fault analysis and repairs Technical knowledge • Very good mechanical knowledge • Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics • Basic knowledge of electrical engineering is an advantage • Experience with preventive maintenance • Confident handling of technical drawings • Experience in handling measuring instruments and precision work • Experience in machine alignment is an advantage • Personal requirements • Works independently and responsibly • thinks analytically and solves problems systematically • remains calm and structured even under time pressure • is a team player and works across departments • can react flexibly to different technical challenges • adheres to high quality and safety standards • is willing to learn new systems and technologies WHAT WE OFFER YOU: • Responsible and versatile activity in a global company • Progressive employment conditions with long-term perspectives • High personal responsibility and independent working • A safe space for creative thinking and learning at the workplace • Bonus system, extra vacation days, and many other benefits Learn more about JABIL Schweiz    We look forward to receiving your complete application documents online!
