As an Industrial Performance Engineering Intern at Nespresso, your mission consists of analyzing the capacity of the Local Arôme and its impact on quality changes in production lines. You will make a difference by collaborating closely with production, planning, and support functions teams. How will you have an impact as an Industrial Performance Engineering Intern By mapping out management and cleaning flows of format parts in order to identify concrete opportunities for industrial performance improvement. By analyzing production data and schedules to anticipate overlap situations and optimize the fluidity of operations. By measuring the impact of cleaning operations on line restarts in order to improve operational efficiency. By constructing relevant performance indicators allowing for data-driven decision making. By identifying variability factors and critical periods to strengthen process robustness. By recommending improvement solutions and evaluating their potential for value creation for the site.
