Our client, a medium-sized cooperative in the city of Zürich, is strengthening its finance team immediately or by arrangement and is looking for a dedicated and conscientious Real Estate Accountant ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Ensuring smooth payment transactions (accounts receivable/accounts payable) • Support and reconciliation of accounts receivable and accounts payable accounts • Responsibility for the proper maintenance of the real estate accounting • Participation in financial planning (budget & liquidity) • Independent preparation of heating and service charge statements • Administration of securities such as rental deposits and share accounts • Cooperation with internal interfaces in the areas of property management and social services Qualifications & Competencies • Completed commercial training with further training in accounting or corresponding ambition for further training • Professional experience in the finance sector, ideally with a connection to the real estate industry • Precise, structured, and independent way of working • High quality awareness as well as strong affinity for numbers • Trustworthy personality with strong teamwork skills and communication strength • Confident handling of accounting systems (Abacus is an advantage) and MS Office 365 • Native German language Opportunities & Perspectives Our client offers a collegial and pleasant environment with attractive employment conditions.
