Data Platform Manager (M/F) 80-100%

The Finance and IT Department provides its expertise in the financial management of the company, procurement, and assets, as well as IT services. Mission: • Carry the vision, roadmap, and evolution of the Data Platform to support business needs in BI, analytics, data science, and AI. • Collect, challenge, and prioritize business needs, then translate them into concrete platform capabilities, services, and evolutions. • Define and enforce platform standards: architecture, catalogue, quality, security, documentation, industrialization, and best practices. • Ensure the consistency of the Data architecture with IT architects, security, data governance, and external partners. • Manage the operational functioning of the platform: support, requests, incidents, KPI, costs, service levels, and continuous improvement. • Support Data centers of competence, support less mature entities, and lead the Data Platform community. • Contribute to governance, compliance, data protection, fine-grained access management, and the enhancement of the company's Data assets. Profile: • Higher education in computer science, information systems, data engineering, data science, statistics, or equivalent training. • Proven experience in managing Data projects, products, or services, ideally in a role as Platform Owner, Product Owner, Service Owner, or Data Lead. • Good understanding of modern Data architectures, cloud platforms, BI, data engineering, data science, and the industrialization of solutions. • Knowledge of data governance: catalogue, quality, lineage, security, access management, documentation, and data lifecycle. • Ability to structure a roadmap, prioritize requests, coordinate partners, and transform business needs into robust, value-creating solutions. • Strong interpersonal skills with business units, IT, architecture, security, data owners, data stewards, and external partners. • Desired knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Entra ID, or equivalent solutions. • Transversal leadership, autonomy, analytical and synthesis skills, quality orientation, service mindset, and the ability to unite people in an evolving environment.
