We are looking for reinforcement for our Winter Sports, Ski and Rental in Chur! Lend a hand during the summer season (workload: 80%) and inspire our customers for their next adventure.

Your tasks: Right in the middle instead of just being there

• Specialist advice Winter Sports & Ski Rental: You are the primary contact person for skiers, snowboarders, and winter sports fans. Whether it's choosing the right ski model, the perfect fit of ski boots, or adjusting the bindings – you advise competently, friendly, and at eye level.
• Ski Rental & Showroom Management: You ensure that our rental station and the winter sports department always look top-notch. You take care of the professional issuance, return, and maintenance of the rental material as well as optimal product availability.
• Service & Circular Economy: You don't just sell, but offer flexible rental solutions – from daily and seasonal rentals to Click & Collect and our service offerings (e.g., waxing, sharpening edges, and material maintenance).
• Logistics Power: The structured storage of the rental fleet, goods reception, and the efficient management of the rental area are part of your daily workout.

• Enthusiastic winter sports enthusiast & snow sports fan: Whether Alpine skiing, snowboarding, ski touring, or cross-country skiing – you are at home on the slopes and in the snow and know the needs of the customers from your own experience.
• Energetic & Proactive: You love customer contact and do not shy away from physical work (getting stuck in is part of it!).
• Team player: You learn quickly and enrich the team with your positive energy.
• Availability: You are available from immediately until December with a workload of 80% (ideally flexible during the week and available every Saturday).
