September 2026 or by agreement Your responsibility <br /> • You are responsible for managing the general ledger and supporting the superiors in preparing the annual financial statement for tax purposes • You support the accounting team in day-to-day business and take over the coordination of deadline specifications and problems • You create periodic reconciliations of the general ledger and settlements with the Eidgenössische Steuerverwaltung • You are responsible for the weekly reconciliation of liquid funds • You are responsible for the correct settlement of municipal tax shares • You create evaluations and statistics for various departments and municipalities <br /> Your background <br /> • You have a completed commercial apprenticeship and bring several years of experience in accounting (general ledger, subsidiary ledgers, and annual financial statement) • A successfully completed further training in accounting is an advantage • You are familiar with the application of the MS-Office suite and preferably have good knowledge of the SAP module FI • You have a command of the German language in writing and speaking with style. Their employees check tax returns, carry out assessments, and collect state and direct federal taxes as well as municipal taxes on a commission basis. Also included in their tasks are the assessment and collection of property gain, change of ownership, inheritance, and gift taxes, as well as the processing of withholding tax.
