Your tasks:

• Complete management of real estate accounts for an assigned real estate portfolio
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Preparation of annual heating and service charge statements
• Independent processing of accounts payable
• Responsible for the dunning and collection process

Your profile:

• Commercial training, possibly with further training as an accounting clerk
• Sound professional experience in accounting
• German as a native language
• Good IT understanding
