Pflegefachperson HF/FH with development perspective Team Lead Somatics (40–80 %) Your tasks Professional care & case management Taking over case management in the somatic area Carrying out needs assessments as well as creating individual nursing and care plans Responsibility for nursing process management, documentation and service recording Direct care in complex and unstable nursing situations Advice, instruction and accompaniment of clients and relatives Quality & professionalism Compliance with professional standards, guidelines and quality specifications Professional support of team members in demanding nursing situations Participation in quality projects, process optimizations and internal training Promotion of a professional, evidence-based nursing practice Collaboration & coordination Close cooperation with team leadership, nursing management and interdisciplinary partners Active participation in the further development of the somatic nursing area Gradual takeover of additional responsibility with a perspective of Team Lead What you bring with you Diploma as Dipl.
