• You care for and look after 2 - 3 premature babies from the 28th week of pregnancy or sick newborns - lovingly, professionally, and individually.
• You accompany children and their families empathically and family-centeredly through a challenging time.
• You are part of the first hours of a new life: during the initial care in the maternity ward, and you accompany newborns during external transports.
• You apply current, evidence-based guidelines and actively help shape the quality of care.
• You are not alone: We work interprofessionally and meet each other at eye level.

What you bring

• Completed training as a Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann.
• Professional experience in neonatology or pediatrics.
• Ideally NDK Neonatology or willingness to complete this.
