Your contribution

• Guarantee the coordination, planning, execution, and control of militia deployments in collaboration with the Cyber Fusion Center (CFC) teams and with the militia organization
• Further develop the Army's cyber training (cyber training course, refresher courses)
• Develop cyber militia deployment concepts for the Swiss Army (analyze capabilities, determine structures, guarantee personnel supply)
• Verify the quality of training and the identification of corresponding measures
• Initiate and consolidate international collaboration
• Guarantee collaboration and communication between the professional and militia organization and serve as a link between the bodies involved

What distinguishes you

• University degree in the fields of computer science, information security, or engineering
• Solid experience in a security organization (SOC, CSIRT, CERT)
• Ability to assert yourself as well as the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Knowledge of military staff organizations and processes
• Ideally experience as a staff officer of the Swiss Army
• Good active knowledge of a second official language and good knowledge of English
