Head of Supply Chain Management & Quality Assurance In this key role at migrolino, you are responsible for the entire supply chain as well as quality assurance and drive topics that affect our sales outlets and thus our customers on a daily basis. You ensure efficient processes, high quality standards, and future-proof logistics with the team and external partners. What you drive You take over the technical and personnel management of the Supply Chain Management and Quality Assurance departments. You control and develop cooperation with our logistics partners and ensure effective communication with all relevant stakeholders. You are responsible for logistics performance as well as a two-digit million budget and ensure the optimal balance between service quality and economy. You monitor relevant KPIs, initiate suitable measures, and drive continuous improvement along the entire supply chain. You initiate and lead cross-departmental strategic supply chain projects and actively shape the further development of our processes. You are responsible for the further development of quality management, occupational safety, and health protection systems and represent your topics at management and group level. You think entrepreneurially, act analytically, and make well-founded decisions even in demanding situations. You convince with strong communication skills, negotiating skills, and a confident demeanor at all management levels. What you bring Education: Completed degree (uni/ETH, FH, HF) Field of study: Logistics or Business Administration Professional experience: 5-7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management in retail or wholesale Several years of professional and leadership experience in supply chain management, logistics, or trade environment. Proven successes in leading demanding projects and in dealing with different stakeholder groups. Completed university degree in business administration or a comparable field of study. Further education in the field of supply chain management, logistics, quality management, or food technology. In-depth know-how in supply chain processes, logistics control, KPI management, and cost optimization. Experience in quality management, ideally in the food, retail, or FMCG environment.
