February 2026 or by arrangement. Your tasks include: Customer support (by telephone, in writing, and if necessary, customer visits) Technical support of your own portfolio including key accounts Maintaining contact with customers, authorities, and insurers Accompanying contract terminations and monitoring deadlines Carrying out placement with the new insurer, checking contract documents and insured person documents Checking policies and premium invoices and entering them into the customer database Conducting employee information sessions You bring with you: Further training as a specialist in occupational pension schemes with a federal diploma (eidg.
