International Dispatcher (m/f) 100 %

Your new challenge

In this versatile role, you will take over the independent planning and coordination of national and international transports. You are the central interface between customers, drivers, partners, and subcontractors and ensure that transports are processed efficiently, on time, and in compliance with legal requirements.

Your tasks

• Dispatching of national and international groupage, part, and full loads
• Planning and coordination of transports with own vehicles, partners, and subcontractors
• Support and assistance of drivers in their daily operations
• Telephone support of customers as well as processing of inquiries and complaints
• Receipt, checking, and processing of transport orders
• Economic and efficient use of vehicles taking legal regulations into account
• Organization and coordination of dangerous goods transports
• Ensuring compliance with customs regulations for transports to neighboring foreign countries
• Transmission and coordination of orders with the truck drivers
• Active participation in a smooth and customer-oriented transport process

Your profile

For this demanding position, you ideally bring the following requirements:

• Several years of professional experience in international transport dispatching, especially in the area of LTL and FTL
• Completed training in the field of international freight forwarding logistics with a focus on Road
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing
• Good knowledge of the processes in international road transport
• Customer-oriented and strong-communication personality
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Organizational talent and a cool head even in hectic situations
• Sense of responsibility and strong cost awareness
