Psychologist psychotherapist – 70%

We are looking for a psychologist specializing in psychotherapy. You will have the mission to carry out assessments, ensure psychotherapeutic and pedagogical care, and provide therapeutic education. Recognition of the patient's lived experience is the cornerstone of TEP, and your follow-ups must be part of a personalized and interdisciplinary approach with varied pedagogical modalities, the aim of which is to promote the acquisition of self-care skills and adaptation to the illness. You will lead group activities (sharing group, courses) related to the mentioned pathologies in a multidisciplinary team composed of doctors, nurses, dietitians, psychologists, physiotherapists, and art therapists. You hold a Master's degree from a Swiss university in psychology or an equivalent degree and a federal title of psychotherapist or are currently undergoing postgraduate specialization in psychotherapy. You have excellent knowledge of the French language (minimum C1 level) and a real motivation for teamwork and networking. You know how to face stress with good abilities to work in a multidisciplinary team. You are motivated and committed in your professional activities and know how to demonstrate good adaptation skills in relation to various follow-ups. You have knowledge, interest, and successful experience in the field of eating disorders, and more specifically in the field of obesity. A specialization in cognitive-behavioral or systemic therapy, and training in hypnosis are assets. The position is attached to the Département de médecine communautaire et de premier recours (DMCPR). This department combines a societal mission whose aim is to allow access to care for all and an academic mission whose aim is to provide pre- and post-graduate teaching and research in primary care medicine. The service de médecine de premier recours (SMPR) ensures the outpatient care of adult patients relevant to primary care medicine. This service also offers outpatient emergency medicine services to the population. As part of the HUG's missions of general interest, it offers access to care for populations disadvantaged by their age, social, economic, or legal status (asylum seekers, those struck by non-entry in matter, undocumented persons, prisoners), or their lifestyle; if necessary, the service de médecine de premier recours also ensures the continuity of their care. The patient therapeutic education unit manages, on diagnostic and therapeutic levels, patients suffering from obesity, diabetes, eating disorders, and associated pathologies. Following a biopsychosocial approach, the multidisciplinary team places the patient at the center of their care pathway. Patient therapeutic education (TEP) is a model of education and support for people living with a chronic illness, based on partnership with the patient and their relatives, and aims to strengthen their health skills, motivation, and quality of life. The SMPR is not recognized by the ISFM for postgraduate training in psychotherapy.
