Tasks

• Independently manage construction projects in new construction and renovation
• Proactively plan schedules and construction site logistics
• Lead construction meetings and create minutes for them
• Coordinate specialist planners as well as executing craft companies
• Accompany construction handovers with defect rectification and warranty acceptances
• Requirements
• Degree in construction is required
• Initial practical experience in construction management is ideally present
• Further training in construction management, construction planning or construction management counts as a plus
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Willingness for assignments predominantly within Switzerland
