Industrial Quality Technician

Introduction

For one of our important industrial sector clients in Mendrisiotto, we are looking for an Industrial Quality Technician to be included within the Quality department.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the various phases of the production process, verifying the conformity of products to the required quality standards.
• Perform dimensional checks and technical verifications using dedicated measuring instruments.
• Carry out measurements and analysis of materials according to company procedures.
• Identify and promptly report any anomalies or non-conformities.
• Compile reports and technical documentation relating to the controls performed.
• Prepare samples for analysis using mechanical equipment such as drills and milling machines.
• Collaborate with the Production department to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Profile

• Technical diploma, preferably in the mechanical field or equivalent.
• Previous experience in industrial or metalworking contexts.
• Good knowledge of measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and comparators.
• Ability to interpret technical data and verify the conformity of materials.
• Good IT skills.
• Availability to work on three shifts.
