Healthcare Specialist or Care Specialist Marienheim Einsiedeln (60%)

Institut Menzingen employs around 140 employees and manages the operational business of the Sisters of the Holy Cross on their behalf. Marienheim is located at Klosterplatz in Einsiedeln, where a community of 14 sisters lives and other religious women may spend their holidays. Nine employees ensure the well-being of the sisters in all areas.

As of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for you as a

Healthcare Specialist or Care Specialist Marienheim Einsiedeln (60%)

Your tasks:

• Ensuring optimal care and support for the elderly, but largely independent, residents
• Determining (complementary) medical care services coordinated with individual needs
• Maintaining and managing appropriate nursing documentation
• Responsible for medication management and professional medication administration
• Accompanying or transporting residents to doctor, therapy, or hospital appointments
• Contact person for doctors, therapists, and hospitals, including the organization of possible hospital admissions

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist or Care Specialist
• Several years of professional experience in nursing
• Understanding of the needs of elderly people and the processes in a monastic environment
• Service-oriented, integrating personality with polished manners
• Independent, careful, and exact way of working
• Willingness to perform on-call duties on weekends and public holidays
