An exciting day awaits you! To complement our care team in the field of psychiatry, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF Psychiatrie 50 - 80% immediately or by agreement. Your tasks • Taking over case management for clients with mental health diagnoses • Conducting the InterRAI Mental Health needs assessment • Planning and implementing the entire treatment process • Interdisciplinary collaboration and coordination with external specialist offices • Advising and supporting relatives Your profile • Completed training as a Pflegefachperson HF Psychiatrie • At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of psychiatric care • Pronounced specialist and social competence • Independent and responsible way of working • Resilient, team-oriented and motivated • Experienced handling of common EDV programs • Completed InterRAI Mental Health course an advantage • Driver's license category B We offer • Varied, independent and challenging activities • A workplace where co-design and co-thinking are welcome • Interdisciplinary collaboration in a motivated, young team • Well-structured support point with electronic performance recording • Working hours from Monday to Friday Do you feel addressed?
