Your tasks

As a Mandate Manager Fiduciary, you will assume a central professional role in mandate management and support the management of a mandate portfolio in close cooperation with internal contact persons.

• Professional management and processing of fiduciary mandates (SMEs, start-ups, sole proprietorships)
• Financial and payroll accounting
• Preparation of interim and annual financial statements
• Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons
• VAT returns and advisory services
• Professional support with business, financial and tax issues
• Coordination and cooperation with internal contact persons, authorities, auditors and external partners
• Participation in the further development of internal processes and digitalization

Your profile

• Further training in the fiduciary sector (Fiduciary with federal diploma or in training is mandatory)
• Several years of professional experience in the fiduciary business
• Proficient in the preparation of interim and annual financial statements according to OR
• Very good knowledge of accounting, tax law and VAT
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• High quality standards and strong affinity for numbers
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• Proficient German skills in spoken and written language (other languages an advantage)
• Confident handling of common fiduciary and accounting software, in particular Abacus, as well as MS Office
