As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH with in-depth experience in interRAI LTCF CH, you will take on a responsible specialist function with direct influence on the quality of care and quality development of an established care organization in the Baden AG area. In this versatile position, you will combine your specialist knowledge with training, consulting, data analysis, and specialist management, and actively contribute to the sustainable further development of nursing processes. The position is available immediately or by agreement in a capacity of 80 to 100%. What to expect from this responsible task • Overall responsibility for the correct application of interRAI LTCF CH throughout the care center • Central specialist contact person for all questions related to interRAI LTCF CH • Conducting internal training sessions as well as supporting and accompanying RAI supervisors, coordinators, and coordinators in everyday care • Analysis and evaluation of RAI data as well as creation of reports for authorities, management, and controlling • Derivation and implementation of measures to improve quality • Specialist management and further development of RAI supervisors, coordinators, and coordinators • Collaboration on the further development of nursing quality standards and processes What you bring • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl.
