YOUR TASKS You lead the nursing department technically, personally, organizationally and economically and develop it continuously with your management team. • You strengthen your leaders in their leadership role and promote a leadership culture based on trust, cooperation and mutual support • You shape the strategic orientation of the nursing department and implement it successfully • You continuously develop nursing quality, processes and innovations • You are responsible for the budget, resources and economic goal achievement of your department • You work closely with our partner doctors and interprofessional partners • As a member of the extended management board, you actively bring your perspective into the further development of the clinic <br /> YOUR PROFILE You are an inspiring leader who creates trust and provides orientation. You are able to win people over for common goals, connect different interests and shape changes sustainably. In addition, you bring the following: • Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing specialist HF/FH, further training in management or business administration is an advantage • Pronounced communication, leadership and social skills as well as a hands-on mentality that you use in interdisciplinary and interprofessional exchange • A positive leadership mentality in an acute hospital • Experience in the development of larger teams and ideally in quality and process management (Lean-Hospital) • Entrepreneurial and systemic thinking as well as a sense of economic relationships <br /> What you can look forward to You can expect a responsible leadership function with a lot of design freedom in one of the leading private clinics in Switzerland.
