Are you at home in the data world and do you like to take the helm? With us, you will provide CONCORDIA with the most important analytical data from our core system. As a central key position in the team, you will take responsibility for the maintenance of the DWH.

What awaits you ###

• DWH Operations & Further Development: You are co-responsible for the maintenance, optimization, and expansion of our in-house data warehouse and ensure that relevant data is reliably made available to our business stakeholders.
• Core System Focus: In doing so, you will dive deep into our most important data worlds and move mainly in the area of our core system (Adcubum Syrius) and CRM data.
• Data Modeling: You continuously maintain and further develop our relational data models and apply proven concepts such as the Star Schema or Snowflake confidently.
• Interface Function & Coordination: You work in partnership with our external developer team and internal projects, taking on a central, connecting interface function.
• Cross-Crew Collaboration: You do not act in a silo, but rather exchange ideas closely with other IT crews, Data Scientists, and the specialist departments to jointly develop successful data-driven solutions.

What you bring with you ###

• A completed degree in the field of computer science, business informatics, or comparable specialist training with relevant professional experience.
• You have several years of experience working with SQL (PLSQL), relational databases, and associated technologies (e.g., Oracle Golden Gate, Oracle Data Integrator).
• You are prepared to acquire technical contexts and analyze existing DB structures.
• You are characterized by a quick grasp of things and a high awareness of quality. Your way of working is customer-oriented as well as solution-oriented, and you enjoy taking responsibility in projects.
• As a team player, you are motivated to tackle changes and learn new things.
• CI/CD and GitHub/Gitlab are not foreign words to you and are part of your daily work routine.
• Plus points: Good English skills as well as initial experience with cloud environments and modern data engineering technologies (e.g., dbt, Spark).
