For the introduction of our new ERP system and the subsequent further development of our application landscape, we are looking for a process- and solution-oriented personality with knowledge in financial and cost accounting and interest in digital solutions as

Your role:

Together with the specialist departments, you analyze existing processes, question established ways of working, and support the development of efficient and practical solutions in the ERP system. The focus is on the commercial and logistical core processes in the areas of Finance, materials management, purchasing, and cost accounting. You accompany these from analysis and design through to implementation and introduction and continuous further development. You make an important contribution to the digital further development of our company.

Your future tasks:

• Collaboration in the introduction of the new ERP system from process analysis through the conception of target processes to data migration, tests, training, and go-live
• Analysis, optimization, and further development of the digital implementation of commercial business processes with a focus on Finance, materials management, purchasing, and cost accounting
• Carrying out fit-gap analyses and transferring the defined requirements into as standard-oriented an ERP solution as possible
• Technical coordination and alignment between specialist departments and the ERP implementation partner
• Planning and carrying out process, integration, and user tests
• Accompanying data migrations as well as ensuring high master data quality
• Co-designing the interaction between ERP, Laboratory Information System (LIS), and other specialist applications at relevant process and data interfaces
• Planning and carrying out user training as well as building and further developing a structured ERP user support
• Continuous further development of the ERP system as well as identification of automation, standardization, and optimization potentials
