The Alterszentrum Breitlen AG combines inpatient and outpatient basic care in the municipality of Hombrechtikon. The Alterszentrum Breitlen includes a modern old age and nursing home with 61 rooms, the Spitex Hombrechtikon, over 50 senior apartments, and the advisory office "Age and Health". Around 130 employees work for AZ Breitlen, as we call ourselves. We are looking for a warm-hearted person in the Spitex: Health Specialist EFZ with a Smile (40-100%) Your new tasks • Care with heart: For you, the care of our residents is the top priority. For this, we need you with your head, heart, and humor. • Commitment and joy: In independent work as well as planning and coordinating care as a case manager. You also like to lend a hand and care for clients in their homes • Sharing experience treasures: Because we as an organization like to learn, we look forward to all your knowledge and experience from previous jobs in care or elsewhere - we also like to use this according to your taste. • Efficient admin work: You will maintain the care documentation flawlessly. What you bring • Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ • Experience in Spitex? Great, but not a must for us. • You are a team player? Perfect! Because we emphasize teamwork, whether in the direct care team or with other departments. • A driver's license would be desirable, and having your own car is certainly an advantage.
