We operate through three main structures: La Clinique Châtelaine for patients following acute care, specializing in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, internal medicine, oncology, and geriatrics. As part of the growth of our structure, we are looking for, for La Clinique Châtelaine, a: Care Manager Your mission As a Care Manager, you ensure the steering, organization, and coordination of care activities in order to guarantee quality, secure, and patient-centered management. You ensure the continuity of care pathways, support the nursing teams, and actively contribute to the development of a culture of excellence, quality, and safety within the establishment. Steering and coordination of care You coordinate care pathways, from patient admission to discharge, ensuring their fluidity, continuity, and efficiency. You promote close collaboration between the nursing teams, the medical corps, therapists, and network partners in order to guarantee quality interdisciplinary management and an optimal patient experience. Organization and quality of care You organize the activities of the department to ensure efficient management, in accordance with good practices and regulatory requirements. You guarantee the application of procedures and protocols, ensure the monitoring of quality and safety indicators, participate in continuous improvement processes, and collaborate closely with the Quality Direction for the deployment of institutional projects. Team management You supervise, support, and develop the nursing teams by promoting a collaborative, caring, and empowering work environment. You ensure resource planning, support change, support skills development, and ensure the maintenance of a team dynamic that promotes quality of care. Training and development You supervise the reception, integration, and supervision of new employees, students, and interns. You identify training needs, encourage skills development, and contribute to the dissemination of good professional practices within the teams. Your profile: Bachelor HES in nursing or a recognized diploma in Switzerland. Training in management or the willingness to undertake it. Proven experience in team management, ideally in a hospital or rehabilitation setting. Excellent knowledge of care pathways, quality processes, and Swiss regulatory requirements.
