Senior Client Service Manager

Company Description

In this position, you will take over the strategic support of existing Key Accounts and develop them further. You will identify additional service requirements, place suitable solutions, and coordinate the implementation with internal and external stakeholders. The role combines Relationship Management, Business Development, and operational management.

This position is available in Basel and Zürich.

Job Description

• Client Support: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing Key Accounts at the decision-making level
• Needs Analysis: Recognizing new business opportunities, deriving service requirements, and placing relevant solutions
• Service Coordination: Managing operational implementation, including coordination with Delivery Teams, partners, and the customer
• Business Development: Expanding revenue within existing accounts, including Cross and Upselling
• Stakeholder Management: Close cooperation with internal teams to ensure high service quality
• Reporting & Forecasting: Regular analysis of account performance and derivation of measures

Desired Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role, ideally in recruitment consulting / Workforce Solutions. Alternatively: Retail, FMCG, Tobacco, Insurance, or other service-oriented industries
• Languages: (Swiss) German and English fluent; French or Italian an advantage
• Location: Office in Zürich or Basel (HomeOffice possible)
• Willingness to travel: occasional customer and team visits
• Competencies: strong customer orientation, negotiation skills, structured way of working, high level of personal responsibility
