In this function, you will take responsibility for the technical and organizational management of a team and actively contribute to the further development of care quality and employees, which is only possible through Dipl. Your tasks * Technical and organizational management of an interdisciplinary care team in long-term care. * Ensuring high-quality, resident-oriented care in accordance with current standards and guidelines. * Leadership, promotion, and development of employees through targeted coaching, feedback, and support in their daily work. * Planning, coordination, and optimization of work processes as well as efficient resource and personnel management. * Close collaboration with the nursing service management and internal and external specialist offices, especially Dipl. Nursing Specialist. * Active participation in projects for quality development, process optimization, and further development of the care organization. * Ensuring a culture of appreciation and professional interaction with residents and their families. Your profile * Completed training as a dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or FH (or equivalent recognition). * Several years of professional experience in long-term care, including at least 3 years in a leadership or team management function. The qualification as Dipl. Nursing Specialist is particularly important. * Distinct leadership and social skills with high communication skills and assertiveness. * High empathy and enjoyment of working with older and chronically ill people. * Structured, solution-oriented, and resilient working method. * Motivation to take responsibility and actively shape nursing and organizational processes.
