Your tasks:

• Professional, individual care and support of the residents during the night
• Early recognition and action in case of changes in health status
• Close cooperation with the team
• Co-responsibility for a calm, safe, and professional night shift atmosphere
• Ensuring a seamless flow of information between the night and day shifts

Your profile:

• You have training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson as well as several years of professional experience in long-term care.
• Ideally, you already have experience working in the night shift and are willing and suitable from a medical perspective to work at night.
• You are communicative, responsible, resilient, and a team player.
• For nursing professionals from abroad, good written and spoken German skills as well as experience in long-term care are indispensable.
