The consistent implementation of hygiene regulations is a matter of course for you. Do you fit in with us? You have completed an apprenticeship as a butcher specialist EFZ or if you bring a lot of talent and passion, we will be happy to train you "on the job". You have experience with cooked and boiled sausages as well as routine in handling Blitz and Füller. You work independently, efficiently and are physically fit.
