You will work in connection with the Development, Production, and Quality teams to secure launches and improve industrial performance. Junior Industrialization Engineer - cosmetics (m/f/d) Our client is a player in the cosmetics sector specializing in the development and manufacturing of skincare products. Missions • You will be in charge of the following responsibilities. • Coordinate industrialization activities with the Development and Production teams. • Guarantee the reliability of manufacturing data and the monitoring of first productions. • Lead the validation and scheduling of manufacturing via ERP tools. • Update manufacturing procedures and manage corrective actions related to non-conformities. • Organize and participate in industrial trials as well as the scale-up of new products. • Contribute to risk analyses and continuous process improvement projects. • Develop tools and methods promoting industrial transposition between different equipment. • Support, train, and assist production teams on manufacturing processes. • Ensure quality controls in production and make the associated technical decisions. • Monitor industrial equipment and perform technological monitoring. Candidate Profile • Higher education in industrial processes, formulation, or production. • A first experience in industrialization, pilot manufacturing, or a cosmetics environment. • Good command of English and office tools. • Rigor, resourceful, good organizational skills and strong analytical abilities.
