Production Operator

Main responsibilities and activities

• Perform cylindrical grinding operations on conventional machines.
• Carry out sanding and finishing work on parts.
• Ensure the sharpening of steel and hard metal cutting blade clamps.
• Control the dimensional and visual quality of the produced parts.
• Set up conventional machines according to technical specifications.
• Ensure first-level maintenance of equipment and tools.
• Respect internal procedures, quality standards, and safety rules.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and secure workstation.

Required technical skills

• Solid foundation in mechanics.
• Experience in cylindrical grinding on conventional machines.
• Mastery of sanding and sharpening techniques.
• Knowledge of materials: steel and hard metal.
• Reading and understanding of simple technical drawings.
• Use of measuring instruments (micrometer, dial indicator, etc.).
