On behalf of our client, we are looking for a physiotherapist wishing to invest themselves long-term within a recognized practice in the canton of Neuchâtel, as part of a permanent position at 80-100%.

You will join a human-sized structure, composed of 3 physiotherapists and one secretary, offering a modern, organized and stimulating working environment, in the heart of the city center and easily accessible.

As part of your duties, you will ensure complete and personalized care for your patient base, by developing treatments adapted to the clinical needs and rehabilitation goals of each patient. You will work with a varied patient base, notably in the following fields: post-operative, back physiotherapy, neurology, uro-gynecology, lymphatic drainage and functional rehabilitation.

Your responsibilities will include notably:

• The initial assessment of patients, the collection of clinical information and the preparation of precise reports in order to define consistent and realistic treatment goals.
• The implementation and adaptation of physiotherapy sessions according to the evolution of the state of health, medical prescriptions and the specific needs of each patient.
• The performance of care in the practice in closed treatment rooms, within a technical platform of more than 400 m2 equipped with modern and latest generation equipment.
• Participation in medicalized fitness care, with monitoring of exercises, correction of movements and progression of the rehabilitation program.
• The care of patients at home when the situation requires it, in compliance with care protocols and with an excellent capacity for autonomy in the field.
• Traceability of care, rigorous maintenance of patient files and the transmission of useful information to the team and, if necessary, to medical partners.
• Active contribution to the smooth running of the center, by collaborating closely with your colleagues and the secretary in order to ensure a fluid organization of appointments and follow-ups.
• Maintaining a high level of quality in the therapeutic relationship, with constant attention paid to listening, confidentiality and the patient experience.
• Participation in team exchanges, sharing experience and continuous improvement of the practice's practices.
• Investment in your professional development thanks to the openness to continuous training offered by the structure.

Profile sought

You hold a Bachelor HES in physiotherapy or a title deemed equivalent, which must be recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.

You have experience in physiotherapeutic care and master the techniques related to the specialties of the position, notably post-operative rehabilitation, spinal pathologies, neurological care, uro-gynecology, lymphatic drainage and functional rehabilitation. A good mastery of treatment protocols, clinical evaluation and therapeutic adaptation is indispensable.
