Quality Inspector 100% (f/m)

Your tasks:

• Operating and programming 3D coordinate measuring machine
• Independent execution of quality inspections/control on various compressor parts
• Creation of the required inspection protocols including evaluation of the determined measurement results and derivation of further steps
• Creation and handling of NCR (Non Conformance Reporting)
• Metrological support for internal and external employees

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, machine mechanic
• Training and experience in metrology or experience in quality inspection
• Experience in operating 3D coordinate measuring machine (CMM). Programming experience of CMM is an advantage (Hexagon)
• Experience in handling the overhead crane for parts up to 20t
• Good PC skills (Office365, SAP, WAY)
• Good German skills in spoken and written
• Work in two-shift operation
