Your tasks

-You are responsible for the timely and qualitatively flawless processing of medicinal product management – from ordering through goods receipt to the supply of the wards

-The ordering and documentation of formula medicinal products (contract manufacturing) as well as the management of narcotic drugs according to specifications are part of your area of responsibility

-You organize the medicinal product supply for new admissions as well as reorders for short-term needs independently

-For the nursing stations, you prepare medicinal products and manage the warehouse in the SAP system

-With regular quality controls, you ensure medicinal product safety

-You monitor compliance with internal guidelines and support audits as well as official controls

-You document medicinal product deviations carefully and follow them up consistently

Your profile

-You have completed training as a pharmaceutical assistant or pharmacy specialist

-Ideally, you bring professional experience in a hospital or nursing home

-You can handle common IT programs confidently

-An independent, reliable and precise way of working characterizes you
