Your tasks

• You love your craft and enjoy demonstrating it in the daily production of high-quality chocolate products, ice cream, confectionery, and cakes
• Responsible for ensuring our quality standards and HACCP guidelines
• You identify with the range and do everything to offer our customers a unique product
• You lead a small team of 1-3 people
• Co-responsibility for the training of apprentices

Your qualifications

• Training as a pastry chef/confectioner EFZ
• Apprentice instructor course is an advantage
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for new ideas
• An eye for detail
• Strong quality awareness
