Zug Estates AG develops and manages high-quality living spaces with long-term added value. For the continuous development of the Metalli living space in the heart of Zug, we are expanding our development team and offering a committed and motivated person the opportunity to enter real estate development and actively participate in the design of one of the most striking urban spaces in Zug.

In this role, you will support the development of demanding real estate projects and acquire valuable experience in the fields of site and project development, urban planning, architecture, as well as sustainability. You will work in close collaboration with experienced project developers and progressively assume more responsibility.

Your main tasks include:

• Analyses & development potentials: you assist in market, location, and potential analyses and develop decision-making bases for the development of our real estate portfolio.
• Competitions & study procedures: you participate in the preparation, organization, and monitoring of competitions, study mandates, and test plans, thus contributing significantly to the quality assurance of our development projects.
• Project development: you support the development team in the design and development of centers and sites with a focus on housing, commerce, and retail. You work on sustainable use concepts and lively urban spaces.
• Project management & quality assurance: you accompany projects from the initial conceptual phase to the authorization procedures. You contribute to guaranteeing costs, deadlines, and quality objectives as well as the urbanistic and architectural quality of the projects.
• Stakeholder management & coordination: you collaborate with internal departments as well as external partners such as planners, authorities, and specialists and support the coordination of different interest groups.
• Sustainability & innovation: you participate in the integration of sustainability and innovation themes into development projects and contribute to creating sustainable real estate solutions.

You possess the following qualifications:

• Completed or nearing completion degree in architecture, land use planning, civil engineering, real estate management, or a comparable field
• Initial practical experience in the form of internships or professional experience in real estate, architecture, or planning is an advantage
• Interest in real estate development, urban planning, and site development
• Basic knowledge of the Swiss planning and construction system is an advantage
• Structured, reliable, and autonomous working method
• Analytical capacity as well as developed conceptual skills
• Great willingness to learn and motivation to assume responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with different interest groups
• Team-oriented personality with entrepreneurial thinking
