Requirement profile:

• Education, expertise & experience
• Technical training in mechanical engineering FH / ETH or comparable
• Sound knowledge in the field of 5-axis CNC technology
• Several years of professional experience in the field of CNC machining
• Familiarity with grinding processes, abrasives and grinding strategies
• Experience in leading a team is a plus Personality & soft skills
• Strong hands-on mentality: You roll up your sleeves, think solution-oriented and do not lose track of the big picture
• Strong communicative, customer-oriented personality with a confident appearance
• Structured, independent way of working and high quality awareness
• Enjoyment in training and explaining
• even in complex technical situations
• willingness to travel for international customer assignments Languages
• German: fluent (oral and written)
• English: very good (working language in the international environment)
• Further languages: are a plus

Tasks:

• Leadership, planning and coordination of the team in daily business as well as in project-related tasks
• Prioritization and monitoring of ongoing tasks, projects and customer assignments
• Further development of processes, standards and best practices in the field of grinding technology
• Close cooperation with the software development department in the introduction of new technologies and processes
• Interface function to sales, product management and customers
• Promotion and development of team members
• Analysis, evaluation and implementation of new grinding processes in close cooperation with software development
• Grinding trials & demos: Independent execution of grinding trials as well as machine demonstrations for potential customers
• from preparation to evaluation
• Machine acceptances: Preparation and execution of machine acceptances together with national and international customers
• Trainings: Conception and execution of user trainings
• both in the own training center as well as directly at the customer worldwide
• Technical support: Telephone and remote support for software and application questions of the international clientele
