Our client is an internationally operating, established industrial company in the Rheintal / Liechtenstein region, which focuses on the development and manufacture of highly specialized technical system solutions.

For our client, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement:

Assembly Manager Metal & Steel Construction (m/f/d)

Your main tasks

• Team Leadership & Coaching: You assume technical and personnel leadership of the assembly teams, accompany the induction process, and specifically promote the further development of your assemblers.
• Deployment & Resource Planning: You independently coordinate personnel, subcontractors, and special equipment for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Construction Site Management: You monitor the assembly sites with regard to quality, adherence to deadlines, and strict compliance with occupational safety.
• Partner & Service Provider Management: You manage external partners, subcontractors, and personnel service providers in a secure and goal-oriented manner.
• Quality Assurance & Acceptance: You perform technical final inspections and ensure the highest execution standards.
• Interface Work: You participate in demanding construction and coordination meetings and work closely with project management, design, and production.

What you bring

• Basic Training: Completed vocational training in metal construction, steel construction, plant engineering, or a related technical profession (EFZ or equivalent).
• Further Education: Successful completion as Assembly Manager, Workshop Manager, Dipl. Techniker HF.
• Leadership Practice: Several years of proven leadership experience on assembly sites in an industrial environment.
• Methodological Competence: Proficient in work preparation, deployment planning, and construction site logistics, as well as sound knowledge of occupational safety regulations.
• Languages & Mobility: Business fluent German skills (French or English skills are a strong plus) as well as willingness to travel within the DACH region.
