Our focus lies in the construction of residential developments, hotels, commercial and senior living. Around 90 employees are committed daily to the successful implementation of our demanding projects. For the implementation of our construction projects in Zürich, we are looking for an enthusiastic personality who wants to strengthen our great team. Your responsibility: Responsibility for the management and supervision of construction projects in the execution phase Coordination and leadership of interdisciplinary project teams Monitoring of deadlines, costs and quality during project execution Communication and coordination with clients, authorities and other project participants Preparation and review of tenders as well as awarding of contracts Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards What you bring: Basic training in the main construction trade, additional training as a dipl.
