Technical Caretaker SG Neumarkt (m/f/d) 100 % Your tasks * You look after our commercial properties in Neumarkt in St. Gallen in shift operation. * You clean interior areas such as stairwells, shopping streets, and toilet facilities as well as the exterior areas. * You open and close the shopping center according to the deployment plan. * You monitor and maintain technical systems and operate, among other things, the fire alarm and smoke extraction system. * You use cleaning machines professionally. * If required, you take on on-call shifts and winter service. Your profile * You have completed an apprenticeship in a technical or manual profession and ideally bring experience in caretaker services. * Cleaning and the maintenance of technical systems are among your strengths. You recognize malfunctions and initiate the necessary measures. * You are ready for early and late shifts as well as assignments on Saturday. * You work independently and reliably, are a team player, and encounter customers in a friendly and professional manner. * You have very good German language skills, a driving license of category B, and a clean record.
