Your job – versatile and anything but monotonous

• Telephone and personal customer support
• Reception and disposition of breakdown and accident calls
• Planning and coordination of workshop and body shop orders
• Ordering of spare parts and coordination of delivery dates
• Invoicing and settlement with insurance companies and assistance services
• General administrative office work

You fit with us if …

• you already have experience in administration, clerical work, or disposition, or have completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician, automotive specialist, or in a comparable technical profession and want to develop professionally towards office and organization
• you work in an organized, independent, and reliable manner
• you keep a cool head even in hectic moments
• you are confident in using the computer and have very good German skills in speaking and writing
• you enjoy customer contact and are friendly as well as communicative
• you like working in a team and value respectful interaction with one another

A real plus: Experience in the automotive industry, workshop administration, transport disposition, or breakdown service.
