École cantonale des Grisons | 80-100 % (part-time divisible with option for increase in the next two years) | Coire ##

The École cantonale des Grisons is an important educational institution with approximately 1,000 students speaking the three cantonal languages. As a department of the Office de l'enseignement supérieur, it offers long-term and short-term high school curricula as well as in specialized, commercial, and IT schools. As a physics teacher, you will teach high school students.

We are looking for our school, starting from 1 August 2027, for one or two physics teachers. The offered position can be divided and can be increased up to a total of 180% during the next two school years. With secondary subjects, 100% positions are possible within the described period.

Your area of responsibility

• Teaching physics at the high school level
• Organization and implementation of project weeks, class events, and excursions in a team with other teachers
• Taking on various tasks within the disciplinary section
• Participation in school development projects as a whole

What we expect from you

• Completed university degree in physics as well as a teaching diploma for maturity schools
• Teaching experience at secondary II level as well as a qualification in a secondary subject are an advantage
• Flexible, proactive personality capable of working in a team, enjoying working with young people. We also wish for a communicative, responsible person engaged in school life
• As a teacher in a trilingual school, knowledge of other cantonal languages completes your profile
