Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Kauffrau or a dedicated Kaufmann EFZ for our location in Bannwil.

As a small company with around ten employees, we offer you a versatile activity in which you will take on a central role in our administration.

Your tasks

• Receiving and forwarding telephone calls
• Assisting customers by telephone and via e-mail
• Recording orders and recording commissions
• Creation of invoices as well as processing of the dunning process
• General administrative and organizational work
• Support of the field service in day-to-day business
• Around 5 % of the workload is allocated to supporting activities in the warehouse area

Your profile

• Completed training as Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ or a comparable commercial training
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Friendly, professional and service-oriented appearance
• Enjoyment of customer contact as well as versatile administrative tasks
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to take on responsibility in a small company
