Pool Position Plant Operator

Plant Operator: Space Winterthur / Thurgau You have technical understanding, like to work practically and keep an overview even in an ongoing production operation? For our customers in the Winterthur/Thurgau area, we are constantly looking for motivated plant operators for long-term temporary or permanent positions in industrial and food production. Since this is a collective vacancy, we continuously accept applications and contact suitable candidates for suitable deployments. Your tasks • Operation, monitoring and setup of production and packaging systems • Ensuring a smooth production process • Troubleshooting simple malfunctions and adjusting machine parameters • Filling, packaging and labeling products • Refilling and cleaning systems • Quality controls as well as compliance with hygiene and safety regulations • Support with general production and storage work Qualifications What you bring • Experience as a plant operator, machine operator or line operator is an advantage • Technical understanding and practical way of working • Experience in food or industrial production is an advantage • Good German language skills (at least level A2-B1) • Physical resilience and willingness to get involved • Independent, reliable and accurate way of working • Willingness for shift work depending on the deployment company • Knowledge of HACCP or hygiene processes is an advantage • Training in the technical or food technology sector is a plus What to expect • Exciting deployments at various production companies • Modern and technically demanding work environments • Part-time and full-time options • Day or shift operation depending on the company • Fair compensation and employment based on experience • Opportunity for long-term deployments or permanent employment • Structured training and development opportunities • Partially free parking and good public transport connections Interested?
