What you will achieve with us

• Responsibility for the property law transactions of the Real Estate Department
• Further development of building right strategies, award criteria, and contract standards
• Legal assessment and design of building right and real estate contracts
• Support of land register transactions such as purchases, sales, parcellations, land exchanges, and land register transactions
• Preparation of business cases and decision-making bases for the municipal council, parliament, and people, as well as real estate law reports and expertise
• Participation in the development and negotiation of building right contracts with investors within the framework of project developments
• Management and monitoring of building rights including periodic adjustment of building right interest rates as well as lease agreements
• Advice and cooperation with the finance department in the valuation of financial assets
• Responsibility for the archiving and digitalization of property law transactions, in cooperation with the department secretariat

How you will inspire us

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in law or higher vocational training (Dipl. Rechtsfachfrau/-mann or Dipl. Treuhänder/in)
• Completed further training in the field of real estate law (CAS or equivalent)
• Several years of professional experience in real estate property law, experience in the public sector is an advantage
• Strong understanding of legal, economic, and political contexts
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment of demanding real estate law issues
