Your tasks

• You develop and maintain your client portfolio
• You analyze recruitment needs and define the sought-after profiles
• You carry out regular visits to your clients in order to maintain a close relationship
• You identify and propose profiles corresponding to your clients' expectations
• You advise and support your clients throughout the recruitment process
• You participate in contractual negotiations
• You write and distribute attractive advertisements
• You select and analyze the applications received
• You conduct interviews and evaluate the skills and motivation of candidates
• You prepare and coach candidates for their interviews
• You ensure the follow-up of candidates throughout the recruitment process and during their probationary period

Your assets

• You hold a diploma from a higher education institution (university, higher school or equivalent training)
• Ideally, you possess a first professional experience in Switzerland
• You speak French fluently and ideally possess good knowledge of English and/or German
• You are a proactive, organized, communicative and results-oriented person
• You have a real interest in business development and client relations
