The Position

• You lead demanding renovation and new construction projects and accompany them from planning to successful implementation
• You create cost plans and budgets independently, thus keeping an eye on the economic efficiency of your construction projects
• In exchange with clients, planners, authorities, and executing companies, you represent your projects competently
• You pass on your experience to internal project managers and support them with technical and organizational questions
• In addition to project work, you contribute to overarching topics and assume additional leadership responsibility within the organization

Your Profile

• You have completed training as an architect and have accompanied several years of building construction projects in execution
• You are experienced in construction management and project control and know the tendering system from practice
• You calculate construction projects confidently and bring sound knowledge in construction calculation and cost planning
• Ideally, you know the way of working of a general or total contractor from your own experience
• In dealing with different project participants, you appear confidently and also find viable solutions for demanding issues
