() Your Challenge You will take over the technical and disciplinary responsibility for rope production and ensure, together with your team of around 15 employees, an efficient, timely and qualitatively flawless production. The optimal use of personnel, machines and other resources forms the basis for this. Through the continuous development of your employees and the optimization of processes, you will tap into potential for improvement and make a significant contribution to the success of the production site in Birr. What you bring You are a practice-oriented person and have completed further training in production/process technology after your technical basic training or acquired a comparable qualification. Your experience in a demanding industrial production forms the basis. You gladly take on responsibility, are consistent and willing to take the next step.
